About Our PET Oval / Flat Bottles

NABO company offers a great selection of PET Oval Bottles from small sizes like 50ml up to larger volumes like 1000 ml.

The Neck Finish of Our PET Oval bottles

We have bottles with different neck sizes. The available neck finish of smaller size bottles are 20/410, 24/410, 24/415. For the bottles in bigger volumes, we have neck finish in 28/410 and 32/410.

The PET bottle production process

First of all, we need to get PET preforms by the injection machine and preform mold. The bottle neck and weight data are decided by these preforms. For the second step, we heat the preform in a suitable temperature, then take the heated preform to the blower unit. In the last step, preform is stretched and blown into a blowing mold to be shaped.

Color Of Bottles

The color we always kept in stock for this type of bottle is transparent. But if you are in need of bulk purchase, we can make customized bottle color. Any custom color such as translucent and solid/opaque color all can be manufactured as per your need.

Bottle Printing Service

We provide customized printing service for our bottles, heat Transfer / Silk Screen, label stickers, and thermal shrinkage are all available.

Bottle Molding Service

If you can’t find the exact bottle you want, we are very capable to do custom design and make for you. We can start from the very beginning and provide one-stop solution. The standard processing of new bottle project is as following,
