What is your minimum order?

What do I do if I want to order in large quantities?

What is your delivery time?
  • Most of our In Stock Items can be shipped out immediately if order quantity does not exceed 5 times of Minimum Order Quantity.
  • If you require large quantities buying, please contact our staff for accurate schedule.
  • For custom mold order, the delivery time will be told while our staff providing you a quote.
  • In any of the above cases, we will do our best to ship your products as fast as we can.
Can I see a sample before placing an order?
  • Yes, you are more than welcome to see a sample before placing an order. Almost all products on our website have samples available to ensure you will order the correct products for your needs.
  • The samples are free, but you are required to pay a shipping fee of express. We will choose the most effective express method and fee for you.

Can I have my own design / color / package / print?

Customization is one of our strength, you are welcome to contact us if you have any custom service needed, even it is just an idea.

How can I check the status of my order?

The easiest way to check the status of your order is by logging into your account and viewing your orders. Or you can check with our staff.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can track your goods.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • If your products shipped via Air / Express, it usually takes about 3 to 10 days to receive it.
  • If shipped via sea, please check with our staff for more details.
How will my order ship?

We provide both of Air and Sea shipment for you. We have stable and reliable cooperated shipping lines(air & sea) with economical cost, especially shipping to North America. No matter what shipping method you select during checkout, you’ll appreciate our discounted shipping rates!

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items and the destination. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, please check with our staff.

How many of my wanted products can a full container hold?

Each product on our website has a page showing product details, you can find the package information there for your reference, but in order to maximize space of a container, please check with our staff, especially you request a mixed order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer payment. For large quantities buying, we also accept 100% irrevocable L/C payment at sight.

What's your terms of payment?
  • For MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) order, our payment terms is 100% before shipment.
  • For large quantities order, our payment terms is 40% as deposit, balance before shipment.
What if I forgot my password?

Navigate to the login page and click “Forgot your Password.” A form will appear for you to enter your email address. Once you submit the form and retrieve the temporary password from your inbox you can login, navigate to your account dashboard and change your password to something more memorable or secure.
